Longevity cuisine at heart.

Salva is a nomadic culinary studio founded in 2026, led by chef Paolo Salvati. We cook where you are. Your home in France, your retreat in Italy, your estate in the Emirates.

The food is rooted in rural Tuscany, longevity science, the discipline of cucina monastica and the Mediterranean diet. The hand stays Tuscan, the flavors can come from anywhere.

We stay for a day, a season, sometimes a year.
